Yeah, a HJT log would be a good idea too Again, Safe Mode with Networking is your best bet there. Just about any up-to-date virus scanner also scans for malware. It's definitely worth running someting like Spybot though, to supplement your virus scanner. First of all thank you Rick for your post. I follow your steps to Download Combo Fix and apparently worked. Once I had control of start menu and virus alert removed and fx the clock at bottom tray run mcaffe and this is what it found "RemAdm.

That is as far as I can get. For many people I have found out that if their task manager has been disabled most likely by a virus, the regedit has also been disabled, if this is your case do a system restore to a few days back, I did it and it worked as the restore points save registry settings.
My task manager came back but disabled immediately, there is an autorun that does that how do I delete this autorun since I cant boot the comp in safe mode. Everybody who is saying that registry editing was also disabled by your administrator. Search up how to fix that. Then when you fix it. And when you find disable task manager and disable registory editing delete both of them and they will work fine.

Try running an up-to-date virus scan, perhaps after booting into safe mode. Both Task manager and Regedit has been disabled… I am the One and only user of it… gpedit.
